This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether management improperly reassigned the grievant from the 060 work location to the 030 work location. It was mutually agreed that while serving as a steward or chief steward, an employee may not be involuntarily transferred to another tour, to another station or branch of the particular post office, or to another independent post office or installation. Management may, however, assign such steward to a different work location provided such assignment was not in violation of the above. Accordingly, the parties agreed to remand this case to Step 3 for further consideration by the parties.
