The issue in this grievance is whether management violated Article 5 by prohibiting the wearing of sunglasses on the workroom floor. After further review of this matter, we agreed that there was no national interpretive issue fairly presented as to the meaning and intent of Articles 5, 14, and 19 of the National Agreement. This issue is a proper subject for consideration by the Local Safety and Health Committee. Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to Step 3 for further processing and arbitration, if necessary.
