The question raised in this grievance is whether medical documentation containing diagnosis and prognosis are considered restricted medical information. After further review of this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in the particulars evidenced in this case. The subject medical records are to be maintained as provided by Part 214.3 of Handbook EL-806. The parties at Step 3 are to apply the above understanding to this specific case in order to resolve the issue. Accordingly, as we further agreed, this case is hereby
remanded to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, if necessary. This document contains two Article 19 related issues; a Maintenance Craft Step 4 Settlement Agreement on page 1 and a Clerk Craft National Pre-Arbitration Settlement on page 2.
