Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 37.3.F.7; Posting, Bidding, and Application (1987)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement involved whether or not the grievant was properly trained and tested for the Bulk Mail Technician position. After reviewing this matter, the parties mutually agreed that this was a local dispute suitable for regional determination by application of Management Instruction EL-730-85-3 dated May 14, 1985 to the particular circumstances.
