This grievance requests eight hours pay for three (3) employees called in to work on their day off in the Dothan, AL Office. The facts reveal that each of the said employees was allowed to go home after four hours work, for reasons deemed acceptable to management. The employees submitted their requests on Form 3971. Under such circumstances, the employees were properly paid for the hours worked. Therefore, the grievance is denied.
