2015 Penalty Overtime Exclusion, New Leave Year

In accordance with Article 8 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, penalty overtime rules are not applicable for a four-week period each year during December. This year, the period starts with Week 2 of Pay Period 26-15 (Dec. 5, 2015) and stops at the end of Week 1 of Pay Period 01-16 (Jan. 1, 2016).
The 2015 leave year ends on Friday, Jan. 8, 2016. The 2016 leave year begins on Saturday, Jan. 9 and ends on Jan. 6, 2017.
The maximum annual leave carryover for APWU-represented employees is 440 hours.
