Callers respond to pre-recorded questions, using their touch-tone telephone. Results are immediate.

What do You Get?

  • Immediate results. Find out if you might be suffering from depression or alcohol problems. Only a full medical evaluation can give you a diagnosis, but the program can tell you if your symptoms are consistent with depression or alcoholism and where you can go for help.

  • Complete confidentiality. Confidentiality and anonymity are guaranteed because you are never asked any identifying questions.

  • Referral resources. If your score indicates that you may be suffering from depression or alcohol problems, you will be given a number to call where you can talk with confidentially and for free with an EAP counselor.
