Retirees: Participate in Lobby Week Feb. 18-22

The APWU is encouraging retirees to meet with members of Congress in their home districts during Lobby Week, Feb. 18-22, to discuss protecting Cost-of-Living Adjustments, Social Security, Medicare and other issues of concern to seniors. Lobby Week is sponsored by the Alliance for Retired Americans, which the APWU Retirees Department is affiliated with.
“We work together to mobilize retired union members to advocate for a political agenda that respects work and strengthens families,” said Retirees Department Director Judy Beard.
