Telework Agreements Extended For Remainder of 2021-2024 CBA

On July 27, 2023, the parties agreed to extend the two MOUs that relate to clerks in Enterprise Customer Care Centers (ECCCs), Customer Retention Teams (CRTs), and Mailing Solutions Service Center (MSSC). The extension, which runs through the remainder of the current 2021-2024 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), will allow clerks assigned to these offices to participate in the Telework Program Pilot. 

The original MOU was scheduled to expire on June 24, 2023, but the APWU Clerk Craft and the Postal Service had agreed to temporarily extend the MOU through July 28, 2023 in order to conduct further negotiations on a potential extension.
