Virginia P&DC Faces $120,000 Fine for OSHA Violations
The Richmond, VA, Processing and Distribution Center (P&DC) is facing $120,000 fine for OSHA violations for exposing workers to the dangers of powered industrial equipment. On April 26, the facility received four repeat citations and one “other than serious” citation.

Corrections Continue on $56 Million Settlement
The Postal Service has notified the APWU that approximately 200 corrections are outstanding from among more than 13,000 employees who were eligible for a portion of a $56 million monetary settlement of grievances protesting managerial personnel performing Clerk Craft duties in small offices.
