Postal Service Health Benefits Program – New Fact Sheets Released
The Postal Service Reform Act of 2022 mandated the creation of a new Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) Program, adminstered by OPM. Coverage under the PSHB Program will be effective Jan 1, 2025. The Postal Service Reform Act will have no effect on the 2023 Open Season.
