Retroactive Pay The July 8, 2016 interest arbitration award established the terms for the 2015-2018 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), ordering a retroactive pay increase effective Nov. 14, 2015. USPS started paying the new rates ordered by the arbitration award on Aug. 6, 2016.
