USPS PSE & Casual Compliance Reports

Postal Support Employee (PSE) reports are sent to the APWU by the USPS.  They enable the APWU to monitor compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.  The reports are provided on an Excel Spread Sheet and are organized by USPS Area and District in the Clerk Craft and by Functional Area (F-1 and F-4).  The Clerk Craft report also shows PSE usage in the two remaining Remote Encoding Sites.

The spread sheet also includes tabs for PSE usage in the Maintenance and Motor Vehicle Service Crafts.

The APWU is still in discussion with the USPS on additional breakdowns that are required, as well as how “new work” PSEs are defined.
