COLA for Employees Covered by the HRSSC Agreement
In July, the fourth month of the six-month adjustment period for the seventh COLA under the 2021 HRSSC Agreement, the CPI-W Unadjusted Index (1967=100) rose from last month to 918.931, an increase over the March 2024 index level upon which employees received the last COLA.
If the adjustment was made based on the July 2024 Index, the adjustment would be:

However, the seventh COLA under the 2021 HRSSC Agreement will be based on the September 2024 Index, and would be effective November 02, 2024 (pay period 24-2024, pay date November 22, 2024).
