The parties agreed to a one-year test of the electronic submission of Step 3 appeals, as well as mutually agreed upon field sites for the purpose of testing electronic submission of of Step 2 appeals and union information requests. The parties also agreed to explore field testing of electronic files, documents and correspondence.
