Due to the implementation and utilization of the new Revamped Maintenance Selection System, the parties mutually agreed to this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which contains specific language modifications to Article 38 of the 2006-2010 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the United States Postal Service and the American Postal Workers Union, AFL-CIO.
