The issue in this dispute concerns whether the new category of Postal Support Employee (PSE) can be hired and utilized in the Maintenance Craft in other than custodial duty assignments. After reviewing this matter the parties mutually agree to resolve the above-captioned dispute as follows: Hiring and use of Maintenance Craft PSE employees will be limited to the position PSE Custodian (P4-04) occupation code 2395-0001. Grievances that may be held pending the outcome of this case will be resolved in accordance with the foregoing. There shall be no additional remedy, monetary or otherwise.
