Step 4 Settlement resolved many of the issues related to management’s implementation of RMD and eRMS, including Privacy Act issues, multiple call-in requirements, medical documentation to protect the interests of the Postal Service, and fixed numbers of absences for triggering discipline. The parties agreed to continue discussions on those issues remaining in dispute.
