The issue raised in this case involved one supervisor asking another supervisor if an employee had been given a discussion. After a discussion of the issue, we mutually agreed to full settlement of this case as follows:
1. Supervisors will not exchange written notes regarding discussions.
2. A supervisor of a former employee may orally exchange information, relative to discussions, with the employee's current supervisor.
