The question in this grievance is whether a discussion with a steward was proper. During our discussion, it was mutually agreed that the following would represent a full settlement of this case:
1. We agree that pursuant to Article 16, discussions are not grievable.
2. In the interest of improving Pueblo Labor/management relations, local management and the union should meet and discuss what procedures should be followed in case of any future occurrence where supervisors are not available.
