The issue in this grievance is whether a copy of a Form 50 for a suspension action should be removed from the grievant' s Official Personnel Folder. After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case. We agreed that the question raised can be answered by applying the provisions of Article 16.10 and Postal Bulletin 21396 to the facts involved. Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, including arbitration if necessary.
