The issue in this grievance is whether management is obligated to give the union a copy of a videotape that has been requested under Article 31. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that the following would represent full settlement of this case. If any part of the video tape has been or is intended to be used as a basis for disciplinary action, those portions will be reproduced and afforded to the union. The costs associated with reproduction will be born by the union.
