The issue in this grievance is whether management was proper in denying the union's request for copies of a supervisor's personal notes which were taken during a discussion. During our discussion, we mutually agreed that when requested, the union will be given the date and subject of a discussion, providing that such discussion was relied upon by the supervisor in a disciplinary action to establish that the employee had been made aware of his/her obligations and responsibilities.
