Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 19; Handbooks and Manuals (1986)

The issue in this grievance is entitlement to pay for time spent being treated for an on-the-job injury. After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case. We agreed that the question raised requires application of the provisions of ELM 519.62 to the facts involved. Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, including arbitration if necessary.
