Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 32; Subcontracting (1987)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether management violated the National Agreement by subcontracting painting work to an outside party. After reviewing this matter, the parties mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case, and that this issue could be determined by application of the provisions of the Administrative Support Manual, Part 535. Accordingly, the parties agreed to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 for further processing.
