Step 4 Settlement Agreement: Article 37.3.F.7; Posting, Bidding, and Application (1981)

This Step 4 Settlement Agreement involved whether the grievant can be barred from bidding on Window Clerk KP-13 assignments because of prior financial shortages, the last one of which occurred approximately four (4) years ago. The parties mutually agreed that this grievant may not be precluded from bidding for such assignments in conformity with Article 37, Section 3.F.7 of the National Agreement. The instant case was resolved on the basis that the grievant’s bidding rights were to be restored if they had not already been.
