The issue in this grievance is whether management properly allowed a carrier to input information into the computer at the Manchester, New Hampshire office. After reviewing this matter, we mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue is fairly presented in this case. The parties at Step 4 have reviewed the various position descriptions noted in the file and we mutually agree that the disputed duties involved do not belong in the position of the letter carrier. Accordingly, we agreed to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 for application of the above language and further processing.
