The issue in this grievance is two fold: 1) whether management violated the Agreement by designating the Mail Handler Craft as the primary craft for sweeping and other allied duties on the small Parcel and Bundle Sorter and (2) whether management violated the Agreement by selecting a one and one-half hour rotation between keying and sweeping for clerks operating the Small Parcel and Bundle Sorter. During our discussion, we identified this case as being similar to case H7C-NA-C 69, which is currently pending arbitration at the national level. Accordingly, we agreed to hold this case in abeyance at the national level for possible application of the arbitration award.
