The question raised in this grievance involved whether four employees at the Terre Haute Post Office were entitled to out-of-schedule overtime pay for hours worked outside of their original bid assignment. During our discussion, we agreed that under the provisions of Article 8.4, the employees are entitled to compensation for time worked in the temporary schedule. We also agreed to remand the case to step 3 for appropriate action and resolution.
