According to the file, local management invited the union to the PEDC to review the course and test in question. However, the test is an accountable item and could not be released or copied for obvious reasons. It is the position of the Postal Service that local management has made a reasonable response to the union's concern. Under the circumstances, the test cannot be released or copied. Accordingly, as we find no violation of the National Agreement, this grievance is denied.
