Based on the evidence presented in this grievance, we find that the supervisor's personal notes are not available for review by the union steward. When these personal notes are kept in a file they are kept only for the individual supervisor's own review and are not official records. Therefore, it is our conclusion that no violation or the National Agreement occurred and the grievance is denied.
