Getting the Job Done in Maine

APWU members all across the country are on the front lines in the fight to elect a president and members of Congress who will stand up for working families by participating in Labor 2008, the AFL-CIO's political education and action program. 

In Maine, Portland Area Local members are making phone calls and participating in "neighborhood walks" to maximize the union vote to help put Barack Obama in the White House, Tom Allen in the U.S. Senate, and Chelle Pingree in the House of Representatives. (What's your local doing?)
