If they are scheduled to work on Thursday, Jan. 31, (Day 6 of the Pay Period) retiring employees should report for duty.

Tour 1 – For employees who are normally scheduled to work on Thursday, Jan. 31 (Day 6 of the Pay Period), the last work day will be the shift that starts Wednesday night, Jan. 30, and ends the morning of Thursday, Jan. 31.

Tour 2 – For employees who are normally scheduled to work on Thursday, Jan. 31, the last work day will be the shift that begins and ends on Thursday, Jan. 31.

Tour 3 – For employees who are normally scheduled to work on Thursday, Jan. 31, the last work day will be the shift that begins on Thursday, Jan. 31. Depending on an employee’s starting time, the tour may end in the early hours of Friday, Feb. 1.

If an employee’s schedule does not include Thursday, Jan. 31, the last scheduled day before Jan. 31 will be the employee’s last day of work.
