2016 Penalty Overtime Exclusion

In accordance with Article 8 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, penalty overtime rules are not applicable for a four-week period each year during December. This year, the period starts with Week 2 of Pay Period 25-16 (Dec. 3, 2016) and stops at the end of Week 1 of Pay Period 01-17 (Dec. 30, 2016).
