Penalty Overtime Exclusion Period for 2013

In accordance with Article 8 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement [PDF], penalty overtime regulations are not applicable for a four-week period each year during December. This year, the period begins with Pay Period 26-13 (Nov. 30, 2013), and ends at the conclusion of Pay Period 01-14 (Dec. 27, 2013).
