For employees covered by the National Postal Professional Nurses Agreement:

The NPPN interest-arbitration award, issued April 28, 2009, granted five raises in the contract, which concludes on Aug. 10, 2012. Two raises were implemented retroactively, with a 3.3 percent increase effective Aug. 18, 2007, and a 3.1 percent raise effective since Aug. 16, 2008. As part of the implementation of the award, these two raises were reflected in the nurses’ paychecks dated July 24, 2009.

Effective Aug. 13, 2011 (PP18-11), the basic annual salary for each step shall be increased by 1.7 percent, which is equal to the change in the June 2011 ECI over the June 2010 ECI.
