This MOU, applicable to the Clerk Craft in Function 4 (F4) during the life of the 2015-18 CBA, provides for the hiring of temporary Holiday Clerk Assistants (including reemployed annuitants) during an exception period of 3 consecutive pay period with reporting periods 3 and 4. These employees do not count against the 20% District PSE caps. Available PTF’s and PSE’s are given priority for straight-time work hours and the appropriate OTDL must be utilized before assigning overtime work to Holiday Clerk Assistants.
