This USPS Step 4 Decision outlines Management's position on the substance of the complaint that the practice of supervisors performing craft work at the Danbury Post Office (i.e., cancelling special delivery mail, distributing mail to routes and loading carts on the elevator) is contrary to the provisions of the National Agreement.  Without ruling on the merit of any individual claim, the Postal Service directed the postmaster to ascertain that supervisors under his jurisdiction do not perform craft work in a manner that is inconsistent with Article XXXV of the National Agreement and established postal policy.
