This Step 4 Settlement Agreement addresses whether the performance of timekeeping by supervisors violates Article 1.6 of the National Agreement. After reviewing this matter, the parties mutually agreed that no national interpretive issue was fairly presented in this case. The parties further agreed that Arbitrator Snow provides guidance on this issue at pages 13-15 and 52-54 of National Award AC-N-6922. Accordingly, they agreed to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 for further processing, including arbitration if necessary.
