The issue in this grievance is entitlement to compensation for time spent outside of the grievant's regular schedule in an interview. During our discussion, we mutually agreed to settle this case as follows: 1. Any job interviews conducted are to be on a no gain-no loss basis. 2. Management will not intentionally schedule interviews in order to avoid any payment applicable under the no gain-no loss principle.
