The matters presented by you as well as the applicable contractual provisions have been reviewed and given careful consideration relevant to the employees' improper compensation for out-of-schedule overtime. It is our position that the employees in question were properly scheduled for the two (2) hours of out-of-schedule overtime, worked the overtime and should therefore be compensated for the time worked out-of-schedule. Disallowed time should have been deducted from the regular tour of duty at the straight time rate. Corrections will be made for the affected employees commensurate with this decision.
