The question in this grievance is whether management violated Article 8 by not paying the grievants for time spent traveling from their home office to the MSC for training. The Union also feels that two of the grievants should be paid for waiting on another employee to complete his training. After a discussion of the issues it was mutually agreed to full settlement of the case as follows:
The two employees who were required by the Postal Service to wait until another employee completed this training will be compensated for the waiting period.
