The issue in this grievance is whether management violated Article 14.01 by issuing the grievant an "Accident Letter." Letters of instructions and letters of informative or similar type missives are not appropriate and the use of such letters must be discontinued in this facility. Furthermore, the subject letter of January 21, l986, will be removed from all Postal Service records. Accordingly, the grievance is sustained.
