The issue in this grievance concerns references in the Service History Information section of the grievant's PS Form 50 to an overturned suspension. The facts in this case indicate that the grievant's suspension was reversed and references to the overturned suspension continued to appear in the Service History Information section of subsequent PS Form 50's. The parties at this level agree that all references to overturned suspensions with the exception of the Service History Information section on subsequent PS Form 50's, will be removed from the Official Personnel Folders. Accordingly, we agreed to settle this case based on our understanding that the grievant's OPF will be reviewed by local management to ascertain that the above action has been completed.
