The question raised in this grievance involves whether the letter of warning, which had been previously settled at Step 2, of the Grievance Procedures under the provisions of Article XV, Section 2, Step 2(c) of the National Agreement, should have also been removed from the Supervisor's Personnel Records. In full and complete settlement of this case, the letter of warning should be removed from the Supervisor's Records. The particular fact circumstances noted in the Step 2 settlement indicated that the letter of warning was without just cause and, therefore, its retention was unnecessary. Accordingly, it is mutually agreed to remand this case to the parties at Step 3 to implement this settlement.
