Subsequent to our discussion, we mutually agreed that there is no interpretive dispute between the parties at the National Level as to the meaning and intent of Article XVII, Section 2.A, as it relates to the appointment of stewards. Accordingly, as further agreed, this case is remanded to Step 3 for processing by the parties at that level based upon the fact circumstances involved with the understanding that the selection and appointment of stewards is the sole and exclusive function of the Union.
