We mutually agreed that this grievance does not fairly present an interpretive question. The steward in this case is certainly entitled to the information he requested in items 1 and 2 on his information request form. Since item 3 concerns information relative to an EEO complaint, release of that information is subject to applicable federal regulations concerning such matters. Accordingly, this grievance is remanded to Step 3 for any appropriate application.
