The question in this grievance is whether management violated the National Agreement by denying medical information to a union steward. It was mutually agreed to full settlement of this case as follows:
Part 223.3 of Handbook EL-806, Health and Medical Service, will be adhered to when considering whether or not to release medical information to the appropriate union representative.
