The Administrative Support Manual, Part 353.324 states, "An individual may review and have copies of any information pertaining to himself that is contained in a record filed or cross-indexed under his name or other identifier, except the following: ... d. Testing Material. Information within records that might compromise testing or examination materials. Therefore, the denial by management to release the subject information was proper in this instance.
