The matters presented by you as well as the applicable contractual provisions have been reviewed and given careful consideration. As was stated in our Step 4 meeting, management will not delay a Union steward from investigating a grievance, based solely on the fact that the employee is in an overtime status. Based on the above, this grievance is considered resolved.
